I'm in the basemnt drawing. Mikey comes in.
"Hey." I say, why isn't he with Frank? They tend to be together on a Friday night.
"Frank's got some chick over." Mikey expalins,as if reading my mind. "Thought I'd come hang with you."
"Some chick." I echo. "That's Vicky, Frank's pretty into her."
"I figured." Mikey says, I think he's jealous! "Have fun at Battle last night?"
"Yeah." I quickly lie. I'm not going to mention Shaz unless he does...
"Bob told me you were seen with a girl..."
"Yeah, we had a talk."
"You like her?"
"I think so."
"Who was she?"
"I dunno." I lie. I am not telling Mikey about her now! Especially if Frank told Bob about the bus stop!
