The Flower That Blooms in the Darkness

The minute we entered the hideout, yelling ensued.

"Where've you guys been? I'm starving!" Kisame shouted.

"Oh, hush up! I'll give Dei-chan a rest and cook tonight."

Everyone looked uneasy.

"Relax, I'm not a horrible cook." I assured them.

Dei-chan rolled his eyes. "I'll help you anyway, un."

We walked into the Kitchen. It was simple, but well-equipped.

I looked in the fridge, then into the pantry. "Well, I could make Curry Noodles. I can make that pretty well anyways." I commented.

"Then it's settled! Curry noodles tonight!" Dei-chan said, and began getting out ingredients.

An hour later, the noodles were done, and everyone was eating.

It was silent, and then: "This is actually pretty good." Kisame-kun complimented, looking surprised.

"Thanks!" I beamed at him. He grinned back.

When everyone was done, I looked at the wristwatch I'd bought.

Nine.

"It's time!" I sang out. "Everyone get in a circle!"

There was a bit of a struggle, but I got everyone to obey.

"All righty, just sit here. I'll be right back; I need to change."

I went into the bathroom, grabbing a shopping bag on my way.

I exited the bathroom and posed. All chatter in the room ceased as people looked at me.

I giggled, then walked over to the circle, taking an empty spot between Dei-chan and Itachi-chan.

"So...what are we doing?" Sasori-chan asked.

"Truth or Dare!" I belted, grinning. "And since this was my idea, it's my turn! Sasori-chan!" I pointed to him. He jumped. "Truth or dare?"

"T-truth." He stammered.

"Okay, what were you really doing with that duct tape in your closet?"

"All right, it was to silence the screams." He confessed.

Somewhere, a cricket chirped.

"All righty then." I said calmly, "Your turn to ask someone."

He looked around the circle, then chose. "Kisame."

"Dare." He grinned.

"I dare you to....sing 'I'm Too Sexy'!"

By the end of the song, we were all practically rolling on the floor, tears in our eyes.

"Kisame-kun, it's your turn." I gasped out.

"Kakuzu."

"Dare." He replied, looking bored.

"Give Tobi 'the talk'."

I bust out laughing again.

"What's the talk? Tobi's a good boy. Did Tobi do something wrong?" He asked, confused.

Kakuzu sighed. "I'll explain in my room. I'm heading off to bed when my dare is over."

They got up and left. About five minutes later, terrified screams were heard.

Tobi-kun must be scarred for life.

I giggled. "All right, I'll start again. Pein-sama, what'll it be?"

"Dare." He smiled.

"Hmmm...Oh! Got it! Pein-sama, I dare you to kiss Ko-chan!"

Ko-chan blushed, and whistles rose from the circle.

He looked surprised. "Okay, I'll do it." He turned to Ko-chan, who was beside him. He took her face in his hands, and kissed her gently on the lips.

"Aww! You two look so cute together!" I exclaimed when they broke apart. Ko-chan's face was now redder than ever.

"Now it's my turn." Pein-sama turned to Itachi-chan and smirked. He whispered something in his ear, and Itachi-chan nodded.

I cocked my head at Pein-sama.

What's he planning?

"C'mon, Natsumi." Itachi grabbed my hand and pulled me up. "Let's go."

"Wha -- " I started to say.

Then I was being held against his chest, bridal style. I looked up at him.

"Itachi-chan, where are we going?"

He started walking, then stopped at a door. "In here."

He opened it, and I looked inside.

"But it's a closet." I cocked my head at him. "What's in here?"

"Us." He walked inside, and I heard a click.
