I Really Miss Your Hair In My Face

Ray and Stephen sat in the Taxi headed towards the airport so they could get back to California. Stephen looked over at Ray and handed her Ray's cellphone.

"Call him." He whispered.
Tears were streaming down her face, "What if he hates me?"

"Ray, Andy couldn't hate you. Kris might be annoyed that you didn't tell her right away but they love you and want what's best for you."

Ray sighed and took her phone from Stephen's hand while telling the cab driver to go back to the hospital.

Dialing Andy's number Ray wiped her tears. He picked up on the first ring.

"Hello?" His voice was grief stricken and anxious. Hoarse, as if he had been crying too.

"Andy?" She whispered.

"Oh Ray! Ray baby are you okay?"

"I don't know. Did the doctor tell you about the tumor?"

"Yeah." He whispered.

"I'm scared."

"I know. Baby where are you?" At that moment the cab had pulled into the parking lot of the hospital.

"Go to the hospital Cafeteria."

"Alright.''

They hung up and Ray leaped out of the cab in pouring rain and started running, sprinting to the love of her life.
