Miserable at Best
Congratulations Heartbreak.
And just like that, I found myself pushing Alex away from my lips, and away from me. I was out of breath, and couldn't understand or even begin to comprehend what just happened. Did I, Brook, just put a move on Alexander William Gaskarth? No, this wasn't happening.
"You sure you don't wanna have sex with me?" he asked laughing as he too caught his breath, clouds of smoke rising from his mouth.
I didn't answer, too busy trying to regain my composure.
"Cause you know I'd be up for it," he commented laughing yet still with a hint of seriousness as he walked closer to me. I looked hesitantly into his big brown orbs and I instantly knew why it was so easy for Alex to get girls. He worked his eyes, instead of showing lust and excitement, they showed love and sincerity. Something that I personally didn't think he knew about.
"Is everyone else in their rooms already?" I asked trying to change the subject as I turned and slid the van door shut and started heading towards the hotel.
"Probably.." he replied grabbing ahold of my hand and taking the lead to the hotel, "Just so you know...I'm so taking that as a yes."
I sighed, mentally laughing, "Take it as whatever you want, Alex."
"Trust me, I will," he stated matter of factly as he pushed the up button for the elevator. The ride up in the elevator up to the tenth floor was sort of awkward. Alex didn't say anything, as did I, so it was completely silent in the cart besides the dreadful elevator music. Alex seemed to either know or enjoy the tune as he hummed along, making it a little more bearable.

Her lips had to have been the sofest I've ever felt. For being little miss innocent the girl knew had to kiss, I guess some people are just naturals.
As soon we exited the elevator cart it was like I couldn't control myself. I just threw myself at Brook kissing her against the side of the hallway. Okay, maybe I lied. Maybe the fact that Derek was walking down the hall made me want to kiss her, just maybe. But don't tell her that. From what I've seen she's getting pretty into the guy, for who knows what reasons. There's nothing good about him. Nothing.

What could I say? I was addicting, Alex just couldn't keep away. Or maybe that wasn't it at all. Maybe it's the fact that just as we, Alex and myself, were heading out of the elevator my occassional pursuer, Derek, was walking down the hallway right towards us. That was what lead me to being pushed back up against the wall of the hallway.
Alex was lucky that we had a witness, a witness that we knew to be exact. Because if it had been just some random stranger staying at the hotel I most likely would've knee'd him right then and there. But it was Derek, our tour buddy, and I couldn't do anything but act the part. And okay, maybe I'm not being completely truthful. I probably wouldn't have knee'd Alex as stated earlier, truth be told his kisses were nothing short of addicting. Good for Alex, bad for any girl who supposedly isn't interested.
I'm guessing Alex thought that was enough of a show for Derek for him to get the point as he pulled away looking to his side pretending to see Derek for the first time. The point being, I was Alex's, and not his. For right now anyways, I might have a little something something up my sleeve.
"Oh hey Derek. Didn't see there brah." Alex stated calmly as he attached his hand around your hip guiding you to walk forward with him towards Derek.
"Oh uh hey Alex. Brook," he said stopping in front of us. "Jack was looking for you Alex. Said he needed to talk to you about something about tomorrow's show."
"Oh, right. Could you do me a favor?" Alex asked him as he pushed me forward with his hand.
Derek turned and nodded.
"Could you tell Jack I'll talk to him tomorrow morning. Brook and I have some business to deal with," Alex said while smacking my bum quickly, getting a squeak out of me.
"Um, sure."
"Thanks. Now where were we hunny bunny?" Alex asked as he kissed me once more while sliding the room key into the slot pushing me into the room, and placing the do not disturb sign on the door.
