I Knew Babysitting Paid, But It Finally Paid Off
Chapter 15
-Kevin's POV-
"No. I refuse to believe it." Manda said, an angry tone evident in her voice.
"I heard it with my own ears, Manda. They were flirting. F-L-I-R-T-I-N-G." I said, trying to make her understand.
"But. Kristen. Joe. Good. Nick. BAD! WRONG! NO!" She followed Nick's name with a strangling motion and incoherent sounds.
"I'm sorry what?" How did Kristen understand Manda's babbling?
"Kristen and Joe are together! She couldn't be flirting with Nick! She wouldn't do that to Joe! Especially with Nick. Its just wrong." Manda shuddered at thought of hooking up with Nick.
"What are we gonna do?" I asked.
"I'm gonna talk to Nick. But until then, let's just act natural, like we don't know what's going on. And I think you should tell Joe."
Okay, I could handle that for now. But we did have to fix this. And soon, before it got out of hand.
