Valeria’s POV
I walked out into the garden and looking over I saw all of the girls huddled together talking though the guys had kind of gravitated over towards them though they weren’t talking to them yet and were talking amongst themselves as well.
Looking at Matt I saw him smile and like always it made me smile as well, I could never be happy without him I realized and I knew that I wanted his child no matter what and I just knew that he would be happy with the news so walking over to the group of men I smile at them all as I take Matt’s hand and say
“hey guys I need to borrow Matt for just a moment” Johnny winked and said
“you need him do you?” I rolled my eyes and pulled Matt away from the group and over to the decking away from them all where no one else could hear us. When we got there I pulled Matt in front of me and he looked down at me and asked
“what’s the matter?” he looked at me in concern but I grinned up at him and taking his hands I said
“you know you wanted to know what was wrong with me and I told you that I would tell you soon” he nodded and smiling I carried on “well now is the time that I can tell you” he looked down and shifted before he said
“ok so what’s going on?” taking a deep breath I pulled his hands together and placed them on my abdomen before whispering
“I’m pregnant” Matt looked at me confused for a moment before realization hit him and a slow grin came onto his face. Looking down at his hands he said in a low shocked voice
“you’re pregnant, we’re gonna have a baby?” I nodded and he grinned before yelling out joyously and pulling me up into his arms he swung me around which grabbed the attention of the others who all stared at us like we were mental but we were stuck in our own little world as he kissed me deeply and pulling away he said
“I can’t believe it, I’m gonna be a dad!” I laughed and he dropped to his knees and hugged my stomach.
I think this action must have alerted Ari because I heard her squeal out
“my sister is pregnant!” looking over I saw Ari had her hands to her face as she stared at us and everyone around her was looking at her confused before they turned to look at the position Matt and I were in.
Getting to his feet Matt pulled me to his side and looking at the others he said
“yes Ari Val is pregnant” Ari, Mina and Kat screamed and rushed over to me pushing Matt out of the way as they all fussed over me
“oh my gosh I can’t believe it!”
“you are so lucky”
“I can’t believe this” were among the many comments which were thrown at me as I was crushed by the girls.
Eventually Matt pulled me out from the group and held me protectively with his hands over my stomach as he said to them
“ok if we want the baby to live it needs it’s mom to have oxygen” the girls all backed up though I saw tears in Ari’s eyes as she looked at me and said
“my little sister is having a baby, I’m gonna have a niece or nephew” I grinned
“I think I’m doing this the wrong way though I mean baby before marriage?” Ari grinned
“well you never did do anything normally did you” I laughed and shook my head no.
Johnny called out from behind us
“well I think we have more reason to celebrate now!” we all laughed and carried on the party with me drinking juice and water.
Climbing into bed that night Matt pulled me towards him and I snuggled into his side as he placed a hand on my stomach and rubbed up and down
“I can’t believe that a little kid is growing in here” I laughed lightly and said
“well there is but you know we have to wait like 8 months before we see him or her” Matt shrugged
“I don’t care I can wait” I laughed
“yeah sure Matt you are impatient and you know it” he pouted and I laughed again before leaning up and kissing him
“you will wait Matt and during the wait you get to put up with me and my moods and cravings and whining about being fat or feeling sick” Matt groaned
“oh god hw am I going to carry you when you’re fat?” I gasped and hit him but he laughed and kissed me “to me you will never be fat and especially pregnant you will be the most beautiful thing in the world” I grinned
“aww thanks for that load of crap you just shovelled on me but it made me feel better” he grinned and I laid back against his chest and listened to his heart and feeling the rub of his hand against my skin I feel asleep.
