Sequel: I'll Never Look Back.

Ouch. I Think I Love You.

Manic Monday.

I stride into my R.E. class and sit down next to Alex, feeling confident and full of hope.
"You're in a good mood. Who put happy pills into your breakfast cereal, Caitlin?" I laugh and tell him he'd be happy too, if he knew what I did, and if he was me.
"Yeah, that helps." I laugh again, and run my hand up his leg quickly. Just to excite him.
He mumbles something.
"Sorry. I won't tease you anymore." He looks at me, confused. I take a deep breath, and rush into my explanation.
"I want to give us another go, Alex, I've been so miserable without you, and last week was so fun, and we're so good for each other. That's why I won't tease you anymore."
He's really quiet.
Shit.
The silence lasts far too long. I'm sure it's only about te seconds, but it feels like ten minutes.
The lesson starts and we have to concentrate. I notice him scrawling something, I guess he's making notes, but then he passes it to me.

I'm glad you've forgiven me. I'm confused, you said you wanted patience. Why did it last a week? I was expecting to wait much longer. xx

I didn't mention how short my patience lasts when it's something I want, did I? xxx
He looks at me like he thinks there might be something else going on.
Come into town with me today. Please xx Love you
