Shelly C. is the unlikely lyricist of an Indie band called, Radio Waves. The band has been together for two years and their career is stagnant until they meet a very charismatic (later to be revealed) band from Pennsylvania with big ambitions. A rocky road in front of them just got a little easier. With the help of a few new friends, Radio Waves is finally ready to come out of their shell and show the world their potential.
