Fragility

Fragility

Aging can only be described as the monolith, and the center-point, of change. It wages war between the mind, body and soul, tearing apart the delicate fibers that we sew together in our childhood and begins to create new ones. Except when we are faced with the task of re-connecting these fibers and re-building ourselves, the frame in which we work has almost completely changed. We have new ideals, new perspectives and maybe different personalities completely. These new traits become nearly set in stone as we grow into the people we are destined to be. These years of true aging are liquid and fragile. And if you can survive this difficult and tumultuous process…well…you’re an adult.
