I walked over to the t.v and popped in nightmare before Christmas as frank sat on the couch.
"what are we gonna watch?" he asked
"my favorite movie of all time" i replied like it was obvious.
"nightmare before Christmas is mine." frank smiled
"you stole my favorite movie!" i fake pouted and walked over to the other couch, acting mad at frank.
"why you sitting over there?" frank asked innocently
"because i can" i snorted back.
"oh, ouch." he smiled at me.
i just smiled and stuck my tongue at him.
"baby" i laughed.
"yes?" he asked with a smirk.
"no, i meant..never mind" i said blushing as i looked back to the t.v
About 15 minutes into the film, which i was totally engrossed in, frank sneakily made his way over to my couch
frank startled me by plopping down next to me. i looked over at him, now that he had distracted me from the best movie of all time. "you looked lonely" he said. i rolled my eyes and he flashed me a big innocent smile.
I looked back at the t.v screen but felt frank looking at me,
"what?" i sighed smiling at him
"uhhh..." he said. then he whipped his head back to the TV.
"ugh fine be that way." i said to him and re-focused my attention to the TV. a few minutes later i could feel him staring at me. i looked at him and as soon as i did that he whipped his head back to the TV. "evil." i said.
"thats me!" frank said.
I focused on the t.v because my favorite part was coming up, when jack finds the holiday doors.
"i love this part" me and frank said at the same time, i looked down blushing.
As Jack opened the Christmas one i got excited, i love the song he sings, i always sing along. i took in a breath to get ready singing but let it out as i heard frank softly sing,
"What's this? What's this?
There's color everywhere
What's this?
There's white things in the air
What's this?
I can't believe my eyes
I must be dreaming
Wake up, Jack, this isn't fair

There's something very wrong

There's people singing songs" i smiled at him and went along with the song.

The streets are lined with
Little creatures laughing
Everybody seems so happy
Have I possibly gone daffy?

There are children throwing snowballs here
Instead of throwing heads
They're busy building toys
And absolutely no one's dead" i sang softly and frank stared wide eyed at me smiling. I smiled back at him.
"There's frost on every window
Oh, I can't believe my eyes
And in my bones I feel the warmth
That's coming from inside

What's this?
They're hanging mistletoe, they kiss
Why that looks so unique, inspired
They're gathering around to hear a story
Roasting chestnuts on a fire

What's this?" we both sang to each other. I got up and started to spin whiling still singing.
"In here they've got a little tree, how queer
And who would ever think
And why?
They're covering it with tiny little things
They've got electric lights on strings
And there's a smile on everyone

What's this? " frank sang as he grabbed my waist and started to dance with me, but slowly.
"Oh my, what now?
The children are asleep
But look, there's nothing underneath
No ghouls, no witches here to scream and scare them
Or ensnare them, only little cozy things
Secure inside their dreamland
What's this?
The monsters are all missing
And the nightmares can't be found
And in their place there seems to be
Good feeling all around
Instead of screams, I swear
I can hear music in the air
The smell of cakes and pies
Is absolutely everywhere" we whispered to each other now, faces coming closer.
"The sights, the sounds
They're everywhere and all around
I've never felt so good before
This empty place inside of me is filling up
I simply cannot get enough

Christmas Town, hmm..." i sang loudly and sprang out of franks grip.
"sucker!!" i sang and ran away from him sprawling out on the couch.
I turned my attention back to the movie but as soon as I did I had a running frank jump on top of me.
"owwww. that hurt" I said with a fake cry. Frank just smiled down at me. I started to giggle.
"frank! Get off me! Your way too heavy." frank looked at me with a frown.
"you know jade that hurt….badly." I just smiled up evilly at him trying to push him off.
He leaned back saying
"besides that’s what you get for teasing me back there m'dear." and stuck his tongue out at me.
"psht, that was just for fun, you are killing me. there is a difference there babe." i said squirming under him trying to get him off of me.
"this is just fun too." he smirked at me.
"this is deadly fun." i said.
"okay, can you just change your position then!?" i gasped after a few minutes of struggling.
"okay, if you say so." he grinned and turned to lay down on me. "better for you?" he asked.
"well, i can breath now." i sighed lightly.
"that's always good." frank said, his lips slightly brushing me cheek.
"yeah, i thought so." i smiled.
"what happens if i kissed you know?" frank asked
"i dont know.." i said truthfully.
"can i kiss you?" frank whispered leaning down.
"uhm." i said, im guessing he took that as a yes because the next thing i knew, frank attached his lips onto mine. after a few minutes he traced his tongue on my bottom lip, pleading for access, which i confusingly allowed, after 5 minutes frank started to make a trail of kisses down my jawline.
"ah..what are you doing?" i asked as i leaned my head back.
"Kiss..ing....you.." he said in between kisses.
"ah...oh...why?" i asked
"because i want to." he said lifting his head smirking at me.
"but, we're..ah...friends." i said confused on what's going on.
"with benefits." he grinned and went back to kissing me.
"what's that?" i asked still confused.
"we have everything like boyfriend/girlfriend, just not the commitment and we can see other people." he said as if it was obvious.
"oh." i said as things cleared up.
"yup." he said kissing my nose, i giggled.
"this is one way of getting over mikey." i thought as frank started to tickle me.
"ah! frank.." i giggled swatting his head.
"what?" he asked with a smirk.
"no tickling and kissing at the same time." i smiled at him.
"no fun jade." he pouted.
"ehh you learn to live with it." i said shrugging.
"oh, im planning to, trust me."
