She's Not Bleeding on the Ballroom Floor Just for the Attention
Finally
One Month Later
"Scarlett," I heard someone say. I kept my eyes closed, hoping they'd just leave me alone and let me sleep. I felt someones warm and soft lips press to mine softly and I couldn't help but smile. The person laughed softly and I slowly opened my eyes to see Ryan looking at me.
"I could get used to you waking me up like that," I mumbled before yawning loudly. "But I must know. Why are you waking me up?"
"I don't know," Ryan said, shrugging. "I was bored."
I groaned.
"You couldn't find something to do till I woke up," I said. Ryan thought for a second.
"Nope," he said before grinning at me. I sat up on the bed I was on and pushed the blankets off of me, feeling warm. I noticed the house was silent.
"Are your parents home?" I asked.
"No," he said. "They had to work today."
"Oh yeah," I said. "I forgot."
Ryan rolled his eyes before leaping at me and pinning me to the bed. I smirked up at him.
"Is this why you woke me up?" I asked.
"Yes," said Ryan, before kissing me with more force than he had a few minutes ago. After a few minutes, Ryan finally pulled away so I could breathe.
"Can I tell you something?" I asked.
"Of course," Ryan said.
"I love you," I said. Ryan looked like he was going to say something, but I covered his mouth so that I could finish. "And I want you to know that you make me extremely happy. I don't know where I'd be right now without you."
I removed my hand from his mouth.
"Are you done?" he asked.
"Yeah," I said.
"Good," Ryan said. "Cause I want you to know that I love you too."
I smiled.
"That's good to hear," I said.
"I told you when we first met that I could fall in love with you, didn't I?" he asked.
"Yeah," I said. "But it means a lot more when you actually do love me."
"True," Ryan said. Before either of us could say anymore, our lips met again for another passionate kiss, and I couldn't help but be thankful that I finally had someone that loved me.
