Dear God, Why'd you Send me to a Host Club?

I can Laugh, you Know.

"What the hell! I only wanted to get directions back to America!" I exploded, slamming my fist down on the delicate table.

It shuddered, but didn't break.

The ones call Tamaki, Mori and Honey stepped back, away from my violent anger.

"But you stayed and ate cake with Honey. So, you still owe us 10,000 yen, even if you aren't a student here."

"Wait, how did you --"

"I did some research while you were eating. I found nothing in the photo ID database. And you're not even wearing a uniform." He pointed out, while still remaining his cool composure.

While I was furious.

"What are you, some kind of stalker? And of course I'm not a student here, I just 'arrived' here this afternoon, for god's sake!" I threw my hands in the air, completely spent, and flopped down on a sofa.

I covered my head in my hands.

"Why do you want to go back so bad?" Haruhi asked.

I froze.

Why did I want to go back?

There's nothing for me there except the police.

And I could start over, make a new future here.

Where I don't have a criminal record.

I leaned back, and looked at him. "You got me there. I don't really have a reason to go back. After all, I have nothing to go back to." I trailed off.

It was quiet for a moment.

But only for a moment.

"She probably doesn't have a family." The twins said with a smirk.

"You're right." I said in an emotionless tone, looking at the floor.

The smirks fell.

Clearly, they weren't expecting my reaction.

"Hime-sama-chan, I'll be your family." Honey said, and held my hand.

I didn't shrug it off because I knew he wasn't making a move on me.

I smiled softly at him. "Thanks, Honey."

As soon as I smiled, people reacted.

Tamaki blushed furiously, as well as the twins.

Mori and Haruhi tilted their heads slightly.

Honey's face broke out into a dazzling smile.

Glasses guy just wrote something down on a clipboard.

"O-hime, please tell me your name, so I can shout it to the heavens!" Tamaki exclaimed, grabbing my other hand. Again.

"What is your problem?" I snapped, folding my arms over my chest.

"He was dropped on the head several times as a baby." The twins explained, completely serious.

I looked at them incredulously, then started laughing.

The room went completely silent.

"What?" I asked, annoyed, "I can laugh, you know."

"Hey, hey!" Honey suddenly yelled, "since you're in my family, you should know who my friends are!"

I sighed. "Okay, who are these people?"

"Haruhi Fujioka." Haruhi introduced himself, smiling.

"Kyouya Ootori." He pushed his glasses up, but somehow pulled it off, instead of looking like a nerd.

"Tamaki Suou, o-hime." He bowed, and I snorted.

He couldn't be serious.

"Hikaru -- "

" -- and Kaoru -- "

" -- Hitachiin." The twins finished together.

"Takashi Morinozuka -- "

" -- But most people call him Mori-senpai." Kyouya finished for him.

At my confused expression, he cleared things up. "Senpai means upperclassmen. We're going to have to explain a lot about the Japanese culture, aren't we?" He sort of asked the air.

"And I'm Mitsukuni Haninozuka!" Honey finished, and climbed on Mori's back.

"Call him Honey." Kyouya instructed.

"And you are?" Hikaru prompted.

"Yuki Miyagi." The words came out of my mouth before I could stop them.

Where did that name come from?

"Together, we form The Ouran High School Host Club!" Tamaki exclaimed, jolting me out of my thoughts.
