The police believe that he was mugged. His death seems to have been caused by extreme internal injuries. Further investigation has been deemed unnecessary and the funeral shall commence as soon as Mr. Almherst, Jr., sees fit.
"Mr. Almherst, Sr., is charged with two counts of attempted manslaughter stemming from an recent incident at a concert in which he shot and seriously injured Jay McGuire, boyfriend of Green Day bassist Mike Dirnt, and The Dolls' producer, Barry Sejal.
"While Mr. McGuire is expected to make a full recovery, Mr. Sejal remains in critical condition. It is unclear if he will ever fully recover."
