One Way or Another

Gerard’s POV

I found my self on the couch. I opened my eyes, curious on how I got to the couch in the first place. My vision was blurry. Jess was the first thing I saw.

I jumped. “Holey shit Jess scare the shit outta me!”

She rolled her eyes. “Ya he’s up.” She hollered over her shoulder.

“Okay,” Mikey said as he walked down the stairs.

“Why am I here?”

“You fell asleep on your waffles.. Gee.” Frank stammered.

“Oh.” I responded. “How.. How’d I get here?”

“How do you think you got here Gerard?” Jess asked obviously pissed off.

“Um..” I thought.

“Did you think a pixie carried you here?” She asked me.

I screamed. “No but who carried me!” I sat up getting light headed.

“No need to scream.” Bob said.

I rolled my eyes.

“Me and Ray did okay!?” Jess said in a pissed off annoyed tone that she saves for people.

“Oh okay! That’s all I wanted to know!”

Ray walked into the room, his fro was damp. “Thanks Jess.” He handed her a blow drier. “You know Gerard you’re a heavy mother fucker.”

“Thanks Ray. I was just starting to diet you should remember that!” I said sarcastically.

He rolled his eyes. “Riiight I forgot.”

“Ugh.” Jess said in the same voice.

“Whaz the matter hun?” Ray asked Jess.

“Oh wish I could say nothing.” Jess said blackly.

Ray’s half smile disappeared, and a cold look was in his eyes.

“So how long have I been out?” I asked.

“Well, Gerard.” Bob said. “We all just woke up from our second night here.”

My eyes widened. “How long!?”

“Almost a day Gee.” Frank admitted.

“Oh ain’t that perfect?” I could see where Jess got the pissed off-edness from.

“Ya just wonderful.” Jess rolled her eyes.

“Jess lighten up.” Mikey poked her.

She took a swipe at him. “Don’t touch me. ― No body touch me!”

Ray opened his mouth.

“No not even you Ray.”

“Oh.” Ray barely said, obviously hurt.

She looked at him, and rolled her eyes. “I’m hurt.. Mikey you poked a bruise.”

“Oh sorry Jess.” Mikey apologized.

“My fault sorry.” Jess said to Mikey.

“Jess how are you hurt?” I asked my sister.

“Um…” Ray and Jess said at the same time. They looked at each other. Jess blushed and finished the sentence. “We’d like to keep that to our selves. We only needed to ask Mikey and not you since you’re okay with us..” Jess left my side and walked around to Ray.

OMFG!! They had sexy while I was sleeping! ―YAY! I thought to my self. “Oh okay.. I still woulda liked it if you had asked me…”

“We kinda did G.” Ray admitted. “But you were unconscious.. But you said yes.”

I giggled. “Oh okay. ― Should I say congratulations?” I asked.

“Rather you wouldn’t..” Jess said. Ray put his arm around her waist. “Ow Ray.”

He quickly removed his arm. “Oh sorry Jess I feel soo bad.”

She looked into his eyes. “Don’t.” She got on to her tippy toes and kissed his cheek.

“Okay.” He returned the kiss.

“Remember what we negotiated guys.” Mikey spoke sternly.

Jess and Ray both rolled their eyes. “Sorry guys.” They both said plainly.

Jess looked at Ray. “Wanna go for a walk Sweettums?”

He smiled at the nickname. “Ya sure, my lion.”

“It’s Lioness you tard.” I put in.

“What ever lets go Nala.”

“Rawr.” Jess giggled.

“Bye guys.” And they where gone.

I yawned. “Jeez I could sleep.”

Mikey shrugged. “Go ahead.”

And so I did.
