Sequel: Making the Album

Changes

Cocaine Confessions.

Billie stroked Tony's hair. She looked better than she had last night.

"Tony?" He whispered.

To his surprise, she rolled over and looked at him.

"Yes?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Jesus, you're awake?"
"Yep."

He kicked off his shoes and hopped into bed with her.

"You want to get lucky." She observed, snuggling into his arms.
"Not denying it." He replied.

There was a comfortable silence. Tony listened to Billie's heartbeat in his chest, and smiled to herself.

"What time is it?"
"Around 5 am, give or take."
"What time do you think those guys will wake up?"
"Eh. They're good for another three or four hours. And Tre's driving."
"I noticed."

Billie held his breath, watching her think. Then she smiled.

"Kiss me."

And he did.

She knew it wouldn't fix things. She knew it wasn't going to make Andy go back to wherever he'd come from.

But she needed Billie. She needed to pretend, at least for a little while, that someone loved her more than life itself. She needed to feel like he needed her, that he wanted her.

And Billie did a good job of it. He made her forget.

And Tony loved him for it.

Even if she knew, in the back of her mind, that something bad was going to happen. Something that would hurt both of them.

But for the moment, she didn't want to think about it.

And she lost herself in Billie.
