A Story Without a Name
Chapter One
Frank's POV
I sat down on my couch to watch some TV but ended up falling asleep instead. When I woke up I found Gerard sitting beside me. The TV was on Much Music. I knew because it was the only channel that advertises Much More Music.
"Hey, lovely."
I looked at Gerard. What the hell did he just call me? Lovely?!
"Hi...."
"Did you have a bad day or were you playing Pansy again?"
I looked at my calloused hands.
"Both."
I couldn't even believe someone would actually care about me. Especially not a guy.
You see, Gerard has been my friend for as long as I can remember and he never really gave a damn about anything, so would he care about me?
I watched Much Music with him until Born To Be Paris Hilton came on. He turned the TV off and stared at it a while.
"Man, Sundays are boring..."
I didn't say anything. I stared at the blank TV.
"Frank, are you all right? You haven't been talking lately."
I couldn't ignore him any longer. He was my friend!
"Gerard, I broke up with my girlfriend a while ago because-"
I stopped in the middle of my sentance. I couldn't finish it.
"Frank, tell me. I'm your friend! I'll understand."
"No you wouldn't, Gee! You wouldn't understand!"
I was holding back tears and Gerard noticed it.
"Frank, it's all right to cry."
I couldn't help myself but let the tears come streaming down my face.
"Now tell me what you were going to say."
I sighed. I knew it was just going to come out anyway.
"Gerard... I'm gay."
Gerard's POV
I was shocked! Speachless! Nothing at all would come out. It was all too much to take in. I shouldn't of called him lovely...
"Gerard, I understand if-"
"No. It's all right. I understand."
"Really?"
His eyes were red from crying and he looked so cute when he looked up at me. What are you saying, Gerard?! Your not gay! Or am I...
I nodded off somewhere, lost in my own thoughts.
I was pulled out of my trance by Frank shaking me and waving his hand over my face.
"Hello? Anybody home?"
"Oh! Sorry Frank... I was thinking."
He looked at me with worry. I smiled a little and pulled him into a hug or more of holding him in my arms.
"Gee?"
"Yeah?"
"Where do babies come from?"
