I'm Not Your Protege, Just Your Kid

After being dropped off at an orphanage at the tender age of three, Devon and Jayden spent the last thirteen years going from home to home, causing trouble and trying to make it in their hometown of Detroit, Michigan.

With a final brush with the law, Devon and Jayden find out that the government has found their biological father and are being shipped out to California to live with him.

Can they learn to love their father that they never met? Or will they push him away like how they've done with everybody else?
