Love of the Earth

Stars fade and there light goes out. They vanish and new ones are born. That how my mom says love is. A twinkling light that will either grow into something great of fade with time. I hoped that I and Jorden wouldn’t fade with time but only life knows where the road leads to and who we walk the path with.

I sat waiting to see if the sun would part the grey rain clouds that now filled the sky but it didn’t and that was fine with me. I loved the rain so much. The sweet and gentle caress of the cold water against your warm skin. It was a bitter sweet thing. That’s how I viewed rain.

My heart ached to see Jorden once again to see his gaze that held the secrets of the worlds and to hear his gentle voice and to know what he knows. I want to be with him, I wouldn’t be afraid to live. I believe that we live to love or we don’t live at all. I have never ever felt for anyone the way I do for Jorden.

I wonder how he sees me.
