While at a Grad party, Cara Langston refused all drinks offered to her. So she decided to get a water, HERSELF. Then she was stupid enough to keep the drink on the table right outside of the bathroom while she went. A big mistake comes along and resulted in the future where she has 2 kids. Who happen to have Joe Jonas' blood.

3 years later, Joe is back in Los Angeles and bumps into Cara and the 2 kids. She changed her identity and he doesn't even know that he has his own kids living. Cara or now, Cassie tries her best to keep her kids away but he keeps showing up in her life and so she gives up.

Joe ends up growing interested in 'Cassie', who apparently liked Joe Jonas back in high school as Cara and she just found out that Joe always had a need to talk to her but never did.

Will Cara ever actually end up with Joe Jonas?
