Kiss Me, I'm Contagious

[Emily's POV]
That Christmas we officially announced the engagement to our family and friends, and the next day, to our fans. Much to our surprise, they were ecstatic and supportive. We were married in the spring, which was both mine and his favorite season.
I never did see or hear from my father again, but I no longer had any built-up rage or hatred toward him...
For it was he who had taught me the most valuable lesson that had brought me to my life-long happiness and love.

Remember: You can do anything you set your mind to. If you want something, really want something, never let anything stop you from getting it. Keep on trying and trying until you succeed. You will always succeed if it's truly in your heart. If you listen to it... You can shoot for the stars.

And that's exactly what I did.
