Dirty Little Secret Part 2
Angela's POV
I decided to go down as if I didn't hear anything.
"So, what's up boys?"
"Nothing. . . Nothing out of the ordinary." They stuttered.
"Riight.." I said opening the fridge and getting a can of coke.
"I'm going to the park for awhile." I said opening the door.
"But it's already dark outside." Perry protested.
"I'll be back for dinner."
"Sure. Whatever"
At the park...
I decided to spend my alone-time at the swing. I watched the carbonated fizz die down before i drank the soda. The incident that happened a few minutes ago played in my head.
"Are you planning to slip a pill in her drink?"
I swear he was giggling.
What the heck?
"Of course not!"
"Haha. You're planning something.. I can feel it."
I shrugged the weird thoughts racing through my head.
I felt someone at my back.
"Brendon?" I said nervously.
He sat on the swing next to me.
"Hey." He started.
"What brings you here?" I calmly asked.
There was an awkward silence before he answered.
"Well... I wanted to talk to you about something." He said not looking at me.
"Then..spill."
"It's about Jasper." He sighed.
Here we go again.
"What about him?"
He didn't answer.
"I think you should stop tutoring him."
"I can't. Mr. Venturi asked me to."
He looked at me with desperation in his eyes. Then he stood up and gently kissed me in the lips.. but I pulled back.
"Bren.. I really do love you. But only as a best friend."
"It would never be us, huh?"
I nodded no.
His gesture then changed.
"Then why the hell won't you give me a chance?!" He bursted out.
At this point, my eyes started to water.
"You've been my best friend for ages and you yell at me just for this?! Fine! i do love you Brendon Urie! So much that I find that hard to believe and just go on with my life because we're just best friends! Can't you do the same?!"
I couldn't help it anymore. I stormed out of the park crying my eyes out.
Leaving him just standing there... lost with what to say.
