It Was ME, Myself and I, 'till then He Came

No, No, No

Angela's POV

"Mom! We're off." Perry waved.

"Have fun." Our mother smiled.

"We will." I said closing the door.

We walked to Kendra's house which is only a couple of blocks away.

"I wonder what we're gonna do in her house." Brendon asked himself.

"I bet she's gonna make you dance -- and drunk." Perry evilly smiled.

"Hey, we just went out last night. She wouldn't want to do that to me." Bren answered defensively.

"Would you two just shut up already? We're here." I said in a motherly tone.

I checked Lyn's text message to see if we were in the right house.

"This is it huh?"

"Yep."

We all took a step at their porch and I decided to knock.

Knock, Knock

"Hey guys. Come on in." Kendra smiled.

"Thanks." We smiled back.

We entered her 2-story yet simple house.

"Pretty nice place you have here." Brendon complimented.

"Uh.. thanks." She drew her eyes to Brendon, and obviously, blushed.

"So where are your parents?"

"They went away for the weekend, but don't worry. I asked for their permission and told them you guys are coming for company.

"And the guys?" I said looking around.

"They're in my room-upstairs."

Kendra's room

"Hey guys! We've got a new friend here." Spencer said.

"Hi. I'm Maggie." She shyly introduced herself.

"Hey. I'm Angela, he's Perry my brother.. and that goofy dude's my best friend, Brendon." I politely smiled.

"Nice meeting you guys."

"Same to you."

We spotted 3 remaining beanbags which was obviously reserved for us.

Well I'll be darned. Jasper's invited too.

"Hey." I said smacking his arm.

"Hey yourself." He grinned.

There was a pause.

"So...." Lyn started.

"What are we going to do, anyways?" Jon asked.

"I thought about playing a game." Kendra smiled.

"What kind of game?" Ryan questioned.

"Listen carefully to the song I'll play. The title of this song is the game we're gonna play." She said turning up the volume of her speakers.

I'm sleeping my way out of this one
With anyone who will lie down
I'll be stuck fixated on one star
When the world is crashing down

I keep telling myself
I keep telling myself
I'm not the desperate type
But you've got me looking in through blinds
I'm sitting out dances on the wall
Trying to forget everything that isn't you
I'm not going home alone
Cause I don't do too well on my own

"Wait.. I know this song." I said while trying to figure it out.

"Isn't that from Fall Out Boy?" Spencer asked getting quite close to Maggie.

I think there's some chemistry going on between these two.

"Fudge, don't tell me..." Lyn's eyes widened.

"7 Minutes in Heaven?!" I frantically asked.

"Yup!." Kendra said excitedly.

"Oh fuck." Jasper said in disapproval.
