An odd pair of assassins stalk the cold nights in the rundown city.
Together they kidnap, torture, traumatize and occationally kill their victums.
Oddly enough, the police had determined that both assassins, are female.
The only thing they know about them, is their names, and the name the city gave them.
The 'Tearjerker Masochist' always struck together.
One made them cry, and ruined them mentally.
While the other physically ripped them to shreds.
One has some little scrap of humanity and mercy left.
The other does not.
