*Next Day*

"Hello?"

"Ly it's Nick."

I almost drop the phone. "What do you want?"

"No need to get snappy. I just called to tell you you left your journal or whatever it is. I'm on my way to dance class so you'll have to used you're key to get in."

"Oh. Okay."

"It's on the table in the living room." he hangs up.

I put the phone back on the receiver. I grab my house and car keys and head to the door.

"Where you going?" Tom asks when i get outside. He's checking the mailbox.

"I left my diary at "the other house". I have to get it before daddy does." i say getting into my car. I let the top and windows down.

"I wanted to tell you something." he comes up to my car.

"What's up?"

"We have a photo shoot. Me, you, Nick and Bill." he smiles.

"Oh really!" i grin. "Thats awesome!"

"Yeah. It seems Bill and I talk about you so much that they just had to." he chuckles. "Okay i'll let you get going." he steps back.

"I wont be long. I dont wanna stay any longer than i have to." I pull out of the driveway.

I unlock the door and go in. I see my diary on the table and quickly grab it. The front door slams shut startling me. I turn around to see Nick locking the door.

"I-i thought you were g-gone."

He shakes his head. "I decided to wait for you. To make sure you find it."

"O-okay. I found it."

He comes up to me. I cant move i'm so scared. "You're so beautiful." he takes my sunglasses off my face and slaps me. I fall to the floor.

I touch my stinging lip and look at my hand. I'm bleeding. "What is wrong with you?!" i yell at him getting off the floor.

"You give it to everyone except me, i have to take it and shouldnt have to. I'm your brother!" he yells right in my face.

"What are you talking about?!"

"You wont suck my dick but you'll go down on Shane. Kelsey? I could've made you feel good that way. And Uncle Tom? Uncle Tom?!" he slaps me again but this time i fall on the couch.

"You read my diary?" i whisper. "Thats private."

"But what killed me the most is...is that you hate me." he says with a hint of hurt but still anger in his voice. He climbs on top of me on the couch.

"Get off me Nick." i try to push him off, he lifts up my skirt and pull my panties down. "Stop!"

"I'm gonna make you love me." he crushes his lips onto mine. I cant move he's heavier than me. I hear a zipper unzip.

"No please! I'm your sister." he pushes my legs apart.

I dont know what to do, I just close my eyes.

"Please Nicki i love you. Ich liebe dich, auch. Bitte nicht." i sob.

He looks down at me and pushes in, not as hard as last time. "Ani..." he moans, "Just...mmm...do this for me and i promise i'll never hurt you again...mmm" he flips us over so that i'm on top. "Ride me."

I ride him. Tears streaming down my face. "Why me?"

"You're my other half." he grabs my hips guiding me and thrusting upward. "Just go slow...mm yeah like that."

I know that look on his face, he's close. I cant just let him do this to me, i have to fight back. I punch him in the face. I jump off him and grab my car keys, pulling my skirt down on the way.

"Lyani!" he yells pissed. I try to unlock the door but he locked the bolt and chain and knob.

He pulls me by my hair into the living room. I fight back the best i can, pulling his hair, biting, scratching. "I hate you!" i scream punching him in the face, "You sick fuck!"

He punches me one more time i fall and feel a sharp pain in my head.

Darkness.

"Lyani?"

*Nick POV*

"I hate you!" she screams hitting me in the face, "You sick fuck!"

I cant take it, her saying she hate me, it hurts. I punch really hard in the face. She falls back, her head hitting the table.

Wha-? She's not moving.

"Lyani?" she doesnt move at all.

I kneal next to her lift up her head. I feel something warm. I look at my hand. "Oh my god..." she bleeding, allot. "Lyani wake up!" i shake her body. "Please wake up!" i lean down to see if shes breathing. She is thats good.

"Okay i call 911." i run to go get the cordless phone and bring it back to the living room.

"911 whats your emergency?"

"M-my sister."

"Okay whats wrong with your sister sweetie?"

"She-she hit her head and shes not moving. She bleeding allot and i dont know what to do!" i sob into the phone.

"Sweetie calm down. I cant understand you"

It takes me a moment to realize that in speaking in German.

"She hit her head and she's bleeding." i repeat in English. "She's not moving."

"Can you give me your address?" I give her our address, "Okay an ambulance will be there soon. Whats your name? How old are you?"

"Nicholas. I'm 15."

"Nicholas, did you check to see if shes breathing?"

"Yes. She's breathing." i go unlock the door then go back to my sister.

"Okay thats good, thats really good. Where are your parents?"

"They're at work."

"Nick the ambulance is just down the street, they should be here any second. I'm gonna let you go, okay."

"Okay thank you." i hang up the phone. And look at my sister. I check one more time to see if shes breathing, shes not. "Oh my god, what did i do?"

I hear the sirens not to long after, thank god. The perametics come rushing in. Asking me all sorts of questions and connecting her to this thing to make her breathe.

"What's her name?" one of the men asks.

"Lyani Kaulitz"

They lift her on this thing i forget what its called at the moment.

"Please can i ride in the back? I'm her twin brother." i beg.

"Yeah."

People are standing outside watching as they put her into the back. I climb in after and they drive away.

*Waiting Room* (No one's POV)

All is quiet. Sad, worried faces. Guilty face of Nick sitting there just staring at the wall, blood still on his shirt. Tom pacing the floor. The waiting room is full of people that love her.

Tahshi, Bill, Tom, Shaq, Misha, Georg, Gustav, Andy, Nina, Kelsey, Renee, Shane, and of course Nick.

All waiting to see if she is okay.

Tom praying that his daughter is okay, he made sure she had the best doctor.

"Tom and Tahshi Kaulitz." the doctor asks. They both stand. "She going to wake up, she's just in a bit of a shock right now."

Everyone sighs out.

"She's breathing on her own. She's doing fine."

"Oh thank god." Tahshi breathes out.

*1st Person*

"Morning Lyani. You have a visitor sweetie." I've been hearing this voice for a long time.

"Hey Ly. It's me, Tomi." Tomi? "Wake up for me. Please." i hear a sniffle. No Tomi dont cry.

"Wake up for daddy." Daddy?

I try as hard as i can to open my eyes. "I think she's waking up!"

Light bright light. I rub my eyes and squent to look beside me. Sitting in the chair next to me is Tom.

"Tomi..." i dont get to finish my sentence because he attackes me with a hug.

"Lyani." he kiss me all over my face.

"Where am i?" i finally get to ask.

"You're in...the hospital. You've been in a coma for a month."

WHAT?!

"A..a coma?" my voice is raspy from being unused, "Wha-what?"

A doctor comes in flashing a light in my eyes. "Okay follow the light."

They finish all my tests. "Everything seems to be fine. Is there anyone you would like to see?"

"My-my mom." i answer looking down at the sheets, "I want to see my mom."

"I'll go get her and then i'll return to unhook ya." The doctor nods and leaves. I take this time to look around the room, oh my god, "Where did all those flowers come from?"

"Friends, family, fans." Tom answers.

There is one thing i notice, a stuffed lion. I guess Tom sees me looking at it cause he gets out of his seat and gets it. He hands it to me and i hug it to my chest.

"Yay!" i whisper. "I havent seen this in so long."

"I found it yesterday." he smiles.

I giggle, "Thank you."

Just then my mom bursts through the door. "My-Ja." she runs over to the bed and hugs me,"How are you doing?"

"I'm fine." i answer looking at Tom. I wanna ask but i dont.

"Do you remember anything?" she asks pushing back my hair.

"She's awake?"

I look from Tom toward the door.

I hear the heart monitor speed up. It's Nick.

"No please! I'm your sister."

"I'm gonna make you love me."

I hear screaming.

"It hurts, please stop?"

"Dont cry. I will make you feel good,"

"Lyani!"

"What's wrong with her?"

Is that me? I put a hand over my mouth. It was... "No. No. No!"

"Okay calm down, it's okay." one of the doctors tell me, "Breathe."

I take a few deep breaths. "Mommy." the doctors let her by and she engulfs me in a hug. I hug back.

"I wanna go home." i tell her as i pull away.

"You can go home anytime you want when the doctor comes back with your prescription ." the nurse smile at me and leaves. I see Nick left, thank god and they unhooked me up from that stupid heart monitor.

An hour or something later the doctor comes back with my prescription, "You'll need that for headaches. Make sure you take those."

"Thank you." my dad says. I already have on my clothes, they had enough time to send Kelsey and Nina to go get me something to wear.

"Good i can go now!" i say.

"Yeah lets go..." my mom starts but i interupt.

"I wanna go home...with Tomi." i look up at Tom who is grabbing my bag for me.

Everyone goes silent. I look around the room, my mom is looking at the floor.

"Is that okay?" i ask her. She nods.

"We'll be over for dinner tonight." Tom says, "If she's up for it."

I hug everyone and we leave out quickly.

I really hope he doesnt make me go back there.
