Jay and Ryan have been best friends for years, but when Ryan moves from Providence, Rhode Island to Albany, New York, they both realize how much being without each other is tearing them apart inside.
That is, until Jayden is reunited with someone she forgot about a long time ago.
The story is told mainly from two different points of view; Ryan's and Jayden's.
