Halo: Rapture

I do not own the Halo games or Bioshock. I am making absolutely no money from this. Please don’t sue me.

I would like it to be known that I have not changed anything from the Halo games. Unfortunately, that cannot be said for Bioshock. I really had to butcher the game to make this work, and I guarantee you won't be reading a novel version of the game.

This takes place after the Legendary ending of Halo 3 as the Master Chief and Cortana drift towards the unknown planet. John is in fact taking over Jack's roll in Bioshock, but like I said this isn't the same as the game. The gist of the story (although you probably already know most of it) is this:

Years before the Covenant attacked Harvest a man named Andrew Ryan went to an isolated planet to build paradise.

When his beloved son is kidnapped in the dead of night, Andrew Ryan decides that he has had enough of the parasites (the UNSC and the Rebels) and gathers as many people as he can to his cause. It wasn't long before it was decided that only an underwater city would work so that the UNSC would never find them.

Several years after the city is created a man named Frank Fontaine and a scientist named Tenenbaum created the Plasmid market. Anyone who was anyone obtained as much ADAM as they could. The more spliced the better off you were.

Unfortunately, the Plasmids had side-effects. Paranoia, blindness, insanity, and even death. The worse part was that everyone had to keep getting spliced just to survive the civil war that broke out between Ryan and Fontaine. Rapture went straight to hell.

Rapture now is no longer a city, but a war zone.
