Cosmo Girl
The Common Room was filled with the residents on that Sunday morning. Some girls were crammed on the couch, watching Sunday morning cartoons, while some others were playing board games, doing their homework and reading magazines.
British girl, Sophie was one of them. She sat with her classmates at one corner of the Common Room and started to read her magazine.
“Don’t tell me you’re reading Cosmo Girl!” Polly shrieked upon seeing the magazine in Sophie’s hand. Sophie rolled her eyes.
“And to make things worse, I actually bought it too…” Sophie said. The other girls, who were doing their own stuff looked up.
“Now that’s the news of the world,” said Mariah.
Sophie ignored her friends and started flipping through the magazine. She turned from pages to pages and a few minutes later, she threw the magazine on the floor.
“FUCK! They lied!” She screamed.
“What? Who lied?” Britt, who was doing her maths homework, asked.
“This fucking Cosmo Girl lied!” Sophie said. She took the magazine back and threw it to her friends.
Britt took the magazine and look at the cover. She gasped when she look at the top left corner of the magazine.
“Get Gerard Way in your bedroom?” She reads. “Don’t tell me you’re buying just for this!”
Sophie nodded. “It turns out that it’s only a poster of him… Stupid magazine! I can get all the pics at Gerard Way picture thread for free!“ Sophie said, her eyes were burning with anger.
“I just wanna know what might make him noticed me…” Sophie said slowly a few minutes later, and her cheeks blushed slightly.
“Sophie! You don’t have to do that! He’s our House Master! He himself will come to your room!!!” Polly said, The other girls nodded.
“… If you did something very wrong…” Ana added, and she shot a dirty look to Ean.
“Sheeesh Ana… He asked me to type that motherfuckin’ letter of his, okay...” Ean explained, but Ana, who was still in her jealousy mood didn’t seemed to buy it.
“I have a question about that letter…” Paige asked. “ Why did he say something about staring at his bulge?”
The girls laughed.
“He’s just plain paranoid, that’s all. I don’t think any of us were staring at his crotch at any time…” Nita said. The other girls looked at her with a weird ::naughty:: ::naughty:: expression on their faces.
“Oh no! Don’t tell me you guys did!” Nita screamed.
“I mean, whats up with staring anyway! We didn’t hurt him or anything!” Britt protested.
“I told you, he’s paranoid…” Said Nita.
“It’s his fault coz he’s wearing the tight jeans on purpose. He WANTED that to happen so it’s all his fault!” Britt said again, with a little OTT emotion.
“Yeah. Too bad. Now we cant stare anymore…” Ana said sadly.
“I was wondering how big…” Paige said, but the girls cut in.
“NOOOO!!!!” The girls screamed.
Paige looked puzzled. “What????”
Ana shook her head. “ Don’t. you. Ever. Say. That. Again.” she said, half-panting through her words.
“Why?”
“Coz we hate being curious…” Ana added softly with a little ::naughty:: on her face. The other girls let out a very heavy sigh.
“He said we cant STARE… but he didn’t say anything about ‘insert any verbs’ here” Ean said, making an ‘opening bracket’ gesture with her fingers.
“What verb?” Paige asked.
The girls were silent for a while when a few moment later when Mariah burst out laughing.
“NO! DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT THAT!” She screamed through her laugh.
Ean went ::naughty: ::naughty:.
Britt walked and put one arm around Ean's shoulder. "Okay, tell us...what is the plan?"
