[{Almost end of the week Benji POV}]
"Mom?" I asked. We were in the kitchen.
"Yes hun?"
"Say you made a bet to date this girl---"
"You made a bet with your brother to date Roseanna and now you like her like her, even though you hated her?"
"Oh shit how you know that?"
"Don't use that language with me. I know everything," she winked. "Oh, and since you've been doing so well, I decided to give you back your guitar."
"Thanks mom! But what am I gonna do about Roe?"
"What's there to do? You're with her. Be happy."
"But the guys ..."
"Who cares what Joel or Josh or the guys think?"
"I dunno mom."
"Well you do wha you feel is right," she said. I sighed and nodded.
[{Next Day}]
"So I heard you talking to mom last night," Joel smirked.
"Huh?" Me and Joel were by my locker.
"'Oh, I like her like her'. You like Ro-oh," he mocked.
"Do not!"
"Do to!"
"FUvk no! She ugly and fat and geeky and" I started to diss her about everything until I saw Joel give me a "stop it now if you know what's good for you!!!!!!!!" looke.
"Oh no ..." I turned around to face Roe. And the look on her face said it all.
Roe POV
I ran to my locker crying. At Billy's locker was him and Kacey laughing. They stopped when they saw me.
"Roe what's wrong?" Kacey asked.
I told her about what Benji said. Kacey put on her angry face.
"oh wait til lunch," she said angerily.
"Sorry about Benji, but not all of us are asses," Billy said quickly.
"Thanks Bill. I'm gonna go to class," and I turned around to Mrs. Walker's class.
[{Lunch}]
"Kacey?"
"Yea?"
"What are you doing?"
"Going Abraic on Benji," she took off her shoe and hooped towards Benji's table. Billy smiled and waved at her, and she smiled and waved back. Then started to beat Benji with her converse.
"Ow. OW! Stop! What the fuck?!" Benji growled.
"How dare you say that?!" she continued to beat him.
"Stop it Kacey," I shook my head. Benji tried to say something but I dragged Kacey back to our table.
"Hey Roe, are you dating Benji?" Chris asked.
"Nope."
Kacey gave me a "WTF?" look, but I ingored it.
"And Kacey Billy told me---" Brionca started.
"yes I turned him down. I'm going out with Billy Martin," Kacey said proudly.
"What!?" Steph, Chris, and Brionca gasped.
"Yepp."
"You can't!" Steph said.
"And why not?" Kacey asked.
"Cause---well---YOU JUST CAN'T!" Chris said.
"Fuck you guys!" and with that Kacey got up and went to Billy's table. I saw her plop next to Billy and hugged him.
"Ew, what happened to her? She was such a nice girl too," Steph said.
One day I'll join you Kacey. I wasn't gonna blindly follow lead this group anymore.
