Chapter Ten
I woke up to yelling. I couldn’t register where I was, it was the room I woke up in yesterday. I felt my body and it was definite that I was naked. I felt an arm slung over my waist, the hand gently rubbing my hip. I desperately tried to remember last night.
The bar, the moustached man, walking home in the snow, singing, Brian playing guitar, sneaking into his cabin, the talk, the kisses. The sex.
I shuddered and turned around in Brian’s arms to see what all of the yelling was about.
“We bought you on this trip to see if you could be friends with him again and not the wasters your friends with now. We didn’t come here so you could turn into a faggot.” I heard Brian’s dad yell
“You know what. Shut the fuck up. I couldn’t give a shit what you think. I am still me.” Brian said
“Yeah, but now your sleeping with that.” His dad yelled pointing at me
“Dad, get the fuck out of my room, I will talk to you later.” Brian said making his dad huff and leave.
“Hey.” Brian said
“We had sex last night didn’t we.” I asked bluntly
“Erm, yes.” he laughed putting his head back down onto the pillow
“So that’s more reason for you to bully me at school now.” I whimpered
“No, no, no, no.” he said hugging me “I think you have made me realise how exactly I feel about you.”
“Which is what?” I asked
“I like you, a lot.” he said looking into my eyes.
“Yes, enough to fuck me again, I bet that’s what you say to all your fucks afterwards.” I said
“No, I don’t. only you.” he said kissing me gently
“And what about your dad?”
“I will talk him around, he cant stay mad at me, I am his pride and joy.” he laughed
“So what happens now?” I asked
“Well, I would like to repeat last night, a lot more.” he smiled
“Okay. You want to fuck me again.” I said getting up
“Zacky, no. I am trying to say, I want this to happen. I don’t care about the past few years, cant we just become how we were three years ago. Best friends, but more?” he asked
“What do you mean?” I asked dumbly
“I want us, to be together.” he said standing up
“So, you want us to pick up from where we left off, but boyfriends instead of best friends?” I asked
“Yes.” he laughed
“Ask me then.” I said smiling
“Okay, will you be my boyfriend.” he asked
“Yes.” I said kissing him hard.
“Oh my God. That must have been the hardest thing I have ever had to do.” he laughed as he pulled away.
“So, why did you bully me for all them years.” I asked
“To try and forget how I felt about you.” he whispered.
“Oh, okay.” I said sadly moving away to get my clothes, he copied my actions, smiling as he did so. We finished getting dressed, kissed once more, and headed out to face Brian’s parents.
“Oh so the fags rise.” his dad sneered
“Oh give it a rest.” Brian scoffed
“Don’t talk to your dad like that.” his mom said
“I’m sorry but when have you ever cared about who I was dating. You gave me condoms for my fourteenth birthday dad. Why the hell do you care now who I’m with.” Brian said
“Because, he is a guy.” His mom said
“But, would you rather me be with him or some girl covered in STD’s?”
“Well-” his dad started
“That’s good enough for me. We’re out.” Brian laughed before pushing me out of the door.
“What now.”
