This Is My Happy Ending

Shell has been in a coma after the accident, for three years, and she wakes up, with no idea at all as to who she is, or who the strange people are that are with her in the room when she wakes up. She doesn't remember what had happened at all. Her mother and friends try to help her get her memory back, but is unsuccessful. There is only one person who can help her, but she refuses to get to close to him.
