Because Life Is Just That Awesome

Chapter Twenty Three

"You expect me to believe that?" I asked him.

"Yes, actually, I do." He said back to me.

"That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard!" I said to him.

"Just because it's ridiculous, doesn't mean it isn't true." He said to him.

"I don't even think that's possible to do though!"

"Well, you need to be more open minded then." He told me.

"You need to come up with better excuses than that your chap stick exploded." I told him.

"IT DID!!!" He exclaimed.

"How would it possibly do that, Brian?" I asked him.

"I don't know, it was hot and it just exploded." he said. "It's not that hard to believe." he said.

"I still don't think that's even possible." I told him.

"It's possible," Zacky said coming into the room, "It's possible because he stuck a fire cracker in it and it exploded." I shook my had and laughed.

"Okay, so I was bored," he said. Zacky and I laughed some more.

"Why chap stick of all things?" I asked him.

"Because that's what I had in my pocket at the time." He said.

"You're strange Brian, you know that?" I asked him.

"Yeah, I know, but chap stick could totally explode like that." He said.

"No it couldn't." I told him.

"Yes it could." he said.

"no,"

"Yes"

"No, maybe when pigs fly," I told him.

"So can you fly now?" He asked me. I rolled my eyes.

"Oh, so you have jokes now?" I asked him.

"You know it!!"

"What are you doing?" Zacky asked me.

"Painting." I told him.

"Yeah, but that's-" He started.

"I know what it is." I told him. I continued to paint the face of what was soon to be my masterpiece.

"You must be really bored." Zacky said and walked away.

"You know sis, I understand that you're bored, but you really shouldn't take it out on that rock. " Matt said. I rolled my eyes.

"Very funny Matt, but this rock was just waiting to be painted." I said.

"Well, Jimmy is sleeping inside on the couch, why don't you go paint him?"

"I could never do that!" I told him.

"You do that to me all the time!!!" He exclaimed.

"I know, but I couldn't stand it if I got the paint on the couch."

"Nice, what a great reason." he rolled his eyes.

"Fine, do you want me to paint the couch?" I asked him.

"Only if somebody gets painted in the process." He said.

"Okay, go sleep on the couch and I'll paint somebody." I told him.

"Oh no! I'm not going through that again. Last time you did that you got half of Huntington thinking that I like men."

"Well you know you do." I said to him.

"In your dreams Maddie." he said.

"No Matt. In your dreams!" I told him. He just rolled his eyes.
