Life Is Full of Surprises

I was looking everywhere wondering where everyone was and why I was wearing that gorgeous dress. Until the door opened and Collin appeared wearing a black suit with a white rose in it. What in the world is he doing here?

“Paty” Collin said hugging me, he smelled even nicer than usual. “You are gorgeous.” He said looking at my dress

“Thank you, you are very handsome.” I said blushing a little.

“Tim’s inside the coliseum and he told me that the scene starts with you entering it, no lines.” He looked nervous at the end of the sentence but I didn’t bother.

“Oh, okay. Thanks Col” I said leaving to the door. “When can I start?” I asked

“You have to knock at the door and then you have to hear 3 sounds from the other side, then you can enter because the noises mean that they’re ready.” Col said quickly and with a little smile, he was insecure about something Col nervous? I thought I would never see him like this I thought. Then I knocked at the door and suddenly I heard 3 different instrument sounds.

The door opened and someone pushed me inside, then the door closed and it was all dark, I could hear voices but I didn’t recognize any of them. Oh god I thought, then someone put their hands in my eyes, I was starting to get scared.

I couldn’t see a thing but that person was guiding me forward. Some minutes later I was going up some stairs until the hands were removed, the lights went on and I was in a stage, in front of me was a big crowd. I was stunned and then Will Smith appeared What the hell is he doing here?! I thought.

“Well good evening, miss Paty. Happy birthday” He said kissing my forehead “For your face you must be thinking ‘what the hell is he doing here and what is happening’ well today is your birthday and here are all of the people that you known and that you will meet tonight. Let’s get this started, please look at the screen” He said pointing I turned and in the screen started to play a video, with Damien and Jack smiling.

“Hi sweetie. Happy birthday. We’re so sorry for not being there, but we love you so much. This has been planned for a long time, because no one could ever forget your birthday. So we hope you have fun and Happy 21th birthday!” Damien and Jack said waving and winking at the end.

“Wow. Good evening, everyone. I’m excited to see who’s here, because I’m so stunned. Hum I don’t know what to say I’m surprised. Let’s get it started!” I said, music started to play, I went down the stage, and all of my Portuguese friends were there, I was talking to them all giving me the happy birthday sentence but I couldn’t see Jared, Shannon, Tomo or Tim.

Then Will appeared on the stage again and called me there, I went and he told me to close my eyes. I closed and 10 minutes later I started to hear everyone scream and when I opened my eyes I had Jared swinging from the top of the coliseum to the stage OH GOD! I thought, and then he reached the stage perfectly and kissed me in front of everyone, causing some reactions.

“I didn’t knew that you did stunts” I said still in his arms

“All for my favorite birthday girl. You look gorgeous” He said

“Thank you and you mister are looking very handsome.” He had a white suit with a red rose. Then Jared told me to join my friends that he would be there in a minute. When I reached my friends Jo appeared

“Jo!!!!!!!!!!!! You’re here I can’t believe it.” I said, I was so happy to see her

“Oh my little birthday girl. Happy birthday, Pats.” She said hugging me

“God, I missed you, how did you get here?”

“A little help from the Leto brothers. That was what I call a kiss” Jo said

“Hey, don’t start again” I said blushing making all of my friends laugh, they all shared the opinion that the kiss was a good gift from Jared and they all understood that we had more than a friendship. Jo went to take a drink and then Johnny appeared with a gift.

“Johnny” I said hugging him

“Paty, I feel so proud. Here’s my gift.” He said giving me a small box

“I love presents!” I said, I opened it and there was Jack Sparrow’s green ring from Pirates 1.

“Oh Johnny you’re kidding me.” I said taking the ring from the box examining it. Johnny took the ring and put it on my finger

“It’s all yours. I know you love it” He said smiling

“Oh thank you so much” I said smiling and hugging him tightly again, then he left to talk to others friends of his that were there.

Then Jared appeared with his mother Constance

“Hello sweetie, I’m Jared’s mother. My name’s Constance. Happy Birthday!” Constance said hugging and then smiling at me and Jared. I also greeted her and Jared felt relieved that his mother and I were getting well.

Suddenly Jo appeared on the stage What the hell is she doing there? I thought

“Good evening ladies and gentleman. I’m here to introduce some special guests to my best friend’s party. Paty they are here just to sing to you and wish you a happy 21th birthday. They are MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE! Then everyone started jumping up and down to the sound of The Black Parade. In the end of the song I went backstage to thank the guys

“Oh guys, thank you so much. You didn’t need to.” I said looking at all of them

“Hey, you’re a cool girl, you deserve this.” Gerard said. “Now go have fun with your friends, well join the party later” Gerard said going towards the coffee machine.

“See you all later, guys” I said waving before being dragged by Jo to the dance floor.

“Come on Paty, let’s have some fun!” She said laughing

“You’re wild” I said laughing hard. I was having fun with my friends until I felt a hand in my shoulder, I turned and I was stunned. My dad was there in front of me

“Dad?” I said

“Yes, it’s me sweetie” My dad said hugging me. I started to cry because I was so happy

“Dad, I can’t believe you’re here, oh my god, thank you so much.” I said hugging him even tighter

“Oh sweetie, did you really thought that I would miss your 21 year old party? My princess is turning an adult that is following her dreams.” He said smiling starting to cry also. He knew what I was thinking about when I looked in his eyes

“She would be so proud of you if she was here and you know she’s proud” He said a tear escaping his eyes. I hugged him and he hugged me, and with that hug we gave each other strength. Then all of my family appeared all proud crying because their little girl was becoming an adult, and questions started to pop-up because of the kiss. Then minutes later Shannon appeared on stage, followed by Tomo, Tim and finally Jared.

“Good evening once again. This is a little gift from 30 Seconds To Mars to our beloved Paty.” Jared said starting to play The Kill my favorite song. I felt Jared’s eyes focused on me and I was so touched because they remembered to play for me in my party that was planned by them. I sang all the song accompanied by my friends. Then Battle of One, R-evolve, Buddha for Mary, Oblivion, Modern Myth and Jared made a special cover of It’s my life from Bon Jovi. In the end I was tired up of singing and jumping so I went to take a drink. Before I got the drink a smiling Justin Timberlake gave me a drink

“Happy Birthday” Justin said kissing my both cheeks

“Oh Thank you.” I said smiling shyly

“Well I don’t know how to tell you but you are amazing, for what I’ve heard and seen.” Justin said, I blushed

“Thank you, but how do you know me?” I asked

“Me and Timbaland are searching for new talents and we saw you on a movie sketch Madonna showed us.” Justin said

“Oh I understand. Well thank you for liking me, but I have to meet my friends they’re waiting for me.” I said, Justin gave two kisses and waved and I left.

When I was coming back a giant chocolate birthday cake appeared in the middle of the dance floor. I was so happy and hysterical that when I was cutting the cake I was laughing a little, Jared appeared to help me with the cake. It was delicious, the guys really knew my tastes and everything was perfect. After the cake Jared took me dance and we danced together, very closely making blushing at our sudden closeness he noticed and he smiled.

Jared stopped dancing and he grabbed my hand and he took me to a balcony that I haven’t even noticed.

“What do you think?” Jared asked kissing my neck making me shiver a little

“This is all so amazing.” I said turning and kissing him under the stars, when I heard everyone coming and pointing to the sky. Jared was smiling and then I quickly turned and fireworks were all over the sky. My eyes widened and a smiled formed on my face.

A lot of time went by until my friends came to say good-bye because it was late and they had the first morning flight back to Portugal. I didn’t say goodbye because I promised to be in the airport in the next morning. They all went, then I said goodbye to My chemical Romance guys, then I gave Justin my number and we said our goodbye’s.

Hours later I was in a car to a hotel with my head buried in Jared’s chest, I was so tired and sleepy. When the car stopped all of the guys went of the car and Jared offered to take me to the room because my feet hurt, I agreed and waved at the guys but I gave them all a hug and I thanked them lots of times.

“Hey not so fast.” Shannon said grabbing my arm, I turned with my eyes half shut

“30 STM didn’t wish you a proper Happy Birthday. Come on guys.” Shannon said biting his lower lip and smirking evilly. My eyes widened as I saw the 4 of them hug me at the same time. I was having a hard time breathing because I was being squished so hardly.

“GUYS!!” I yelled while the 4 of them looked at me amusedly. All of them laughed at my messed hair and dress. I glared at Shannon and he smirked. Then Jared picked me up and he took me to the room.
