It's the beginning of another school year. Best friends Sky and Dawn are about to start their Junior year at Orem High, Utah. They catch up with old friends Quinn and Dan, meet the new transferred student Bert McCracken and learn about the new addition to the teacher staff, Mr. Howard.

It doesn't take the girls long to realize that the upcoming school year is going to be way different from the earlier ones. Their worlds are about to get turned upside down and they're about to experience things in life that they've never experienced before.

This is a story about friendship, high school romance, handsome teachers, dark secrets and really just two girls hating Physical Education with a burning passion.
