My Heart Is Wherever You Are

It’s been two years since Kalleigh, Kate, and Krystal ran away from their abusive foster father, met and fell in love with the Jonas Brothers, and escaped their deaths in Paris. Kalleigh is getting ready to graduate from a college prep high school and has dreams of going to Yale’s prestigious drama school. Kate has spent the last six months in Chicago studying to be a pastry chef, and has just opened up a bakery in downtown Dallas. Krystal is in her second year of graduate school at the University of Texas in Austin, studying both history and criminal justice. They are living in the Jonas’ home in Dallas, although the guys are as busy as ever with their music and are hardly there. The girls’ relationships with the guys are faltering because of the busy schedules, and the girls turn to their new friends to help them through their tough times. Will the relationships continue to survive the distance, or is it game over for the couples everyone knows are meant to be together forever?

Madeline “Maddie” Marie Duncan (portrayed by Brenda Song)
Age: 18
Kalleigh’s best friend at school. Is known as the school’s gossip. Plays on the tennis team and is involved in the theater program with Kalleigh.

Zack David Peterson (portrayed by Cody Linley)
Age: 18
The hottie on campus at Kalleigh’s school. Plays football and baseball, and has just broken up with Ashleigh Dupree, the campus bitch. Word has it that he broke things off with Ashleigh because he has a thing for Kalleigh.

Ashleigh Lauren Dupree (portrayed by Kaley Cuoco)
Age: 18
Captain of the Varisty Cheerleading squad and Girl’s soccer team at Kalleigh’s school. Is the queen “B” on campus, and is newly single thanks to Zack Peterson breaking up with her for Kalleigh (supposedly). She isn’t known as one to play nice, and she plans on making sure Kalleigh realizes Zack is hers.

Jacqueline “Jacki” Farrah Brady (portrayed by Kristen Stewart)
Age: 21
Kate’s right hand woman. She helps run the bakery, and is a master sugar artist already at her young age.

Andrea “Andy” Gretchen Samuels (portrayed by Kiely Williams)
Age: 22
Kate’s best friend. She’s beginning her first year of teaching (ninth grade English), and works part time at the bakery to help Kate and Jacki whenever they get behind.

Greyson Keith Fitzgerald (portrayed by Cam Gigandet)
Age: 24
One of Kate’s clients. A rookie wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys, Greyson has grown fond of Kate very quickly as a friend, and maybe even more. He’s determined to show her that a relationship with a professional football player is better for her than one with a rockstar.

Amelia Tracy Kennedy (portrayed by Megan Fox)
Age: 23
Krystal’s roommate. A grad student at Univ. of Texas for Elementary Education. They are extremely close, and Krystal considers Amelia another sister.

Patrick Andrew Henderson (portrayed by Jared Padelecki)
Age: 24
A fellow graduate student at the Univ. of Texas with Krystal and Amelia. He has always liked Krystal, and he tries his hardest to convince her to break up with Kevin so that they can go out.
