Mirror Images

Elodie Reese, a teenager at Cobra Kings High School, has always had a problem. It was strange, the one thing she could never tell her friends about. Him. It was like a secret between the two of them, although he'd never acknowledged her presence. But she saw him, even when he didn't see her.

It wouldn't have been such a problem if it wasn't for the fact that she was the only one who saw him, when no one else could. He wasn't in school, she was sure of that, yet she always saw him walking with a school bag. He didn't look too out of place, but there was something about him, something different. It just didn't make sense. She knew she wasn't crazy, so why was she the only one who could see him?

She could never bring herself to talk to him, he intimidated her far too much. She couldn't talk to her friends about it, they'd just think she was weird. So she'd write it all out in her purple spiral notebook, keeping track of her sightings and her thoughts of him. But it couldn't go on. She just couldn't bare to stay away from him anymore. And she had no idea what she was getting herself into.
