Preface
I stepped into the church, completely lost. Why was this place so unfamiliar now? It shouldn't be.
I saw my old friends standing in a corner, they were all still a group. Good to know, I'm glad I hadn't broken them up too. My heart started pounding hard as I followed my grandparents straight past them, and a few stared. What was I doing there? I knew they were asking themselves. My answer, I don't know.
I saw Liss, my best friend standing among them. Damn, I forgot she came to this church now, this could be more difficult then I thought. Thank goodness she didn't see me as I sulked past.
I saw my ex-boyfriend, Josh, enter with his brother, Nate and join the group, who were headed outside. Whispers started as more heads turn to glance at me. Josh stared, like he was imagining my presence, his look stone cold. I turned to face the front, holding the tears back.
