Saffy and Hayley have been paired up as buddies for the start of a new term at California State Uni, it's their first time in this new country. Scared and unsure of their new surroundings they befriend each other.

The young girls are just settled in when a strange man walks into their apartment looking for the people who lived there before them. Not realizing what they've gotten into by choosing the most expensive apartment on the block, they decide that they'd argue back.
