Tear Me Apart

In a world without Batman, the Joker, or French Jaxon; it is left to Chaos Joker and Little J to keep it hectic. Both of them try to find their selves, as well as their destiny. One deals with hate and anger, as the other deals with betrayal and loss. Can they carry on? Or will they get swept up in the conflicting battle of good vs. evil?

Chaos and Little J begin to hear explosions in the distance. Batwoman disappears.
Penguin brings Chaos some interesting news. Little J finds out who he used to be.

What are these mysterious explosions, who is doing them, and why?

Will Chaos and J always be the owners of Gotham or will they fall to another, previous, dictatorship?
