Adam Milligan and his elder half brothers, Sam and Dean Winchester, are new patients at Inferà Institution, where the orderly Michael controls them with an iron fist. Under the terms of Adam's admission to the institution (for violent behavior towards himself and others), he is to be watched over by Dr. Bobby Singer and then lobotomized within the week by the head doctor, Azazel.
In an attempt to save each other from the cruelty of the institution and the youngest brother's inevitable lobotomy, Adam, Sam, and Dean plan to escape, along with a few other patients who resolve to tag along for the ride.
That is, if they can first defeat their darkest nightmares...
