Violent Delights
It's been almost 21 years since Harry Potter defeated Lord Voldemort and brought peace to the wizarding world. Things have gone swimmingly, for the most part, but evil never truly leaves the world. Strange occurrences here and there, mumblings about blood elitism and whispers about subversive organisations and troops recruited to fight evil are all bubbling under the surface.
Watch it all unravel from the point of view of Sahara Sage Fairbanks, the heiress of an old wizarding family, a 7th year Gryffindor desperate to forge her own way as the only Gryffindor in an entirely Slytherin lineage.
Remarks: while the story relies on the (20 years in the future) world created by J.K. Rowling, it makes almost no reference to characters created by her, and only has it as background for events I'm exposing. This idea was originally played with in a roleplaying group on Polyvore - about two years ago. Sahara was the character I played and she's grown inside my head far beyond the -relatively limited- run of the roleplay, and continues to pull at my heartstrings to this day. Aside from the original idea about future dystopian events, the plot element of blood elitism and evil-versus-good factions, the events and characters are as imagined by me.
