Leopard Print Nail Design

Nail designs are becoming more and more popular, but going to the salon can be expensive. I have seen manicures range from $15 to $30 and they last only a few weeks. Painting your nails from home is a lot cheaper, but a lot of the popular nail designs look hard to do. The truth is: many of them are surprisingly easy if you know how to do them! Here are five quick steps to make a leopard print design on your nails.

Materials:

1. Clear base coat nail polish
2. Clear top coat nail polish
3. 3 different colors of nail polish
4. Fine tipped make-up brush

Procedure:

1. Apply a thin layer of the base coat and let it dry.
2. Take your base color and apply it to your nail. Wait for it to dry.
3. Take your make up brush and dip it in your second color, and make a few tiny spots on each nail. Wash off the make-up brush and wait for the spots to dry.
4. Take your make-up brush and dip it in the third color of nail polish. Use this color to very roughly outline your other spots. You don’t want to outline the spots completely, just add some color around the edges. Wait for this layer to dry.
5. Once everything has dried, apply your clear top coat so your polish can get a better hold.
