Well, the oats and toilet paper work best in combination with the latex, but I'm sure you could find an easier replacement.

See, I tend to avoid the latex option because of my skin, but I never thought of oats and toilet paper! I'm definitely gonna try that out pretty soon.

Pretty cool. Also, if you can find and afford liquid latex you can apply it as well as oats and toliet paper to create cool effects on your skin like open sores and stuff like that if you want to get really gnarly! (I can confirm. I did it one year, and it was great!)
