Making French Toast
Ingredients
- 12 slices of bread
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 can of heavy cream
- 3 tbs of brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp powder cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure
- Beat the eggs while adding the cream, the sugar, the vanilla and the cinnamon.
- Heat the pan, coating with butter.
- Put a slice of bread inside the mix.
- Cook the bread with the mix until it has a golden color on each side
- Do the same with the other slices.
- Serve hot.
Extra Tips
- You can spread butter on the toast.
- You can pour maple syrup on the toast.
- You can put white, powdered sugar on the toast.
- This is enough for four people. If you want to make more just double or triple the ingredients and do the same procedure.
- You can cut the loaf into 3 to 4 strips and dip them in a bowl with maple syrup (little kids love these)
This is not a complete breakfast. With it you should drink either coffee, juice or milk. Also accompany them with fresh fruit.
