Stone's Fancy Green Beans

Having a party and don't have a lot of time to prepare? Need a side dish to go along with your main course? Well, here is an easy and tasty green bean recipe for everyone to try.

Ingredients:

  • 1 16oz. bag of frozen whole green beans
  • 1/2 pounds of bacon(a pack)
  • 1 16oz. bottle of Creamy French Dressing
  • Tooth picks

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cut bacon slices in half.
  3. Divide the frozen green beans into bundles of 6-7 beans per bundle. Wrap each bundle in the middle with bacon so beans stick out of both ends and secure them with a tooth pick.
  4. Bake until beans are tender and the bacon is done.
  5. Remove from the oven a pour a small amount of the Creamy French Dressing over the center of each bundle.
  6. Then return to the oven and cook for 10 more minutes
  7. Remove and serve hot.

(If you use the whole green beans in the can, be sure to place tin foil over the ends of the beans so they won't burn while the bacon is cooking. Remove tin foil and then pour on the dressing and bake for 10 minutes. If you are really pressed for time, you can use the pre-cooked bacon and bake for 15 minutes then add the dressing and return to oven.)
