Bulgogi - Korean Barbecue
What you'll need:
*Online Measurement Converter for those who use the metric system.
- 2 pounds thinly sliced beef
- 6 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 8 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp smashed garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame seed
- 2/3 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Directions
Mix all ingridients into large bowl and let marinate for twenty four hours in the fridge or covered with plastic wrap on the kitchen counter. Once you're ready to cook put small portions into a non-stick skillet and cook until the meat is done. Do so until you've run completely out of meat.
This can be served with rice, but this is optional.
