Coffee Fudge
Coffee fudge is a tasty treat for all coffee lovers. The recipe is fairly easy and only takes about ten minutes of cooking time and two hours of chilling time. The instant coffee mix in the recipe can be any flavor you want, so it is great for people who like a specific type of coffee.
Ingredients
- 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp. of instant coffee mix (any flavor)
- 1/2 tbsp. of water
- 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Materials
- 8 inch square pan
- Aluminum foil
- Large saucepan
Directions
- Line the square pan with the aluminum foil, covering all the edges.
- Mix the water and instant coffee together (the mixture should be very think).
- Place the sweetened condensed milk in a large saucepan and put over medium heat for two minutes, stirring consistently.
- Add the chocolate chips and instant coffee mix to the condensed milk and stir until everything has melted and mixed together evenly.
- Pour the mixture into the aluminum foil covered square pan.
- Place the pan into the refrigerator and let the fudge mixture chill for about two hours or until it is firm.
