Asian Style Chicken Breast
Ingredients
8 boneless chicken breasts
2 cups soy sauce
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped carrots (optional)
1/2 cup olive oil or oil of your choice
1 or 2 ziplock bags gallon size
Onion powder with parsley
Procedure:
1. Make sure your chicken is completely defrosted, or it won't marinate properly.
2. Season the chicken breasts with the onion powder and parsley. Make sure to season both sides.
3. Put the seasoned chicken breasts in the ziplock bags or bag. Four in one or all right in one ziplock.
4. Add the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, carrots (optional), onions and olive oil to the ziplock bag, try and get it all over the chicken. You can zip the bag shut and shake it so all of it mixes together.
5. Get all of the air out of the ziplock bag then close it. Wrap the excess bag around itself so all the juices are around the chicken.
6. Once your chicken breasts have marinated for 6 to 12 hours, preheat your oven to 375° F degree.
7. Cool for 45 minutes to an hour, or until there is no blood.
You can enjoy this meal with white rice or mashed potatoes with sauted vegetables. I really hope you enjoy this meal.
