Refrigerator Cake

Refrigerator Cake is a common dessert that many people love. My family and I always eat it for dessert or a snack when we feel hungry. We love eating this especially when the season’s hot. It’s easy to make and very fun to eat (I mean who doesn’t like eating?).

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of All-Purpose Cream (preferably Alaska brand)
  • 1 pack of Graham crackers (preferably Honey-flavored)
  • 1 medium-sized can Condensed Milk (preferably Alaska brand)
  • 1 large can of fruit cocktail (any will do!)

Directions

  1. Drain the fruit cocktail until dry.
  2. Refrigerate dry fruit cocktail, condensed milk and all-purpose cream for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Start putting the first layer of graham crackers on a plate or any container (it doesn’t matter how big or wide it is, it all depends on you).
  4. Pour ample amount of all-purpose cream.
  5. Pour over fruit cocktail above the all-purpose cream, make sure that it covers the whole area of the graham crackers.
  6. Pour ample amount of condensed milk above the fruit cocktail, the amount of condensed milk depends on you if you want it to be very sweet or not.
  7. Place another layer of graham crackers above the condensed milk. Make sure that it stays put and doesn’t fall. If it does, drizzle a little more condensed milk above the fruit cocktail for the crackers to stick.
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 until third layer is formed.
