Trunk Chocolate

Here I will tell you how you can make trunk chocolate or else κορμός σοκολάτας (= kormos sokolatas) as it's called in Greek. It's a vey quick desert for all those of you who like biscuits and chocolate. The ingredients are cheap and the time you'll need to make this desert is around twenty minutes to half hour. No more and no less, and you'll get to enjoy it.

Materials

  • 250 gr. margarine
  • 3 couvertures
  • 1 condensed milk
  • 2 packets biscuits squares


Preparation

In a double boiler, you have to melt the butter and couvertures. Once they are melted, you can add the condensed milk. For the next step you will have to stir for one or two minutes and then remove from heat. Now you have to break the bisquits with your hands to small pieces but not vey small (you have to be able to see the pieces, don't turn them to ashes). Then you have to add the crushed biscuits. You may also want to add nuts, raisins, or whatever else you may like.

Once you are done, you have to let the mixture you created cool slightly. Then you can easily wrap it in wax paper like rattan and keep it in the fridge. After one to two hours, your desert will be cool and frozen. Now all that's left id for you to get a knife and cut the first piece. Time to taste it!
