Here is a recipe to make the perfect pie crusts for all of those pies and for everyday baking. This recipe yields four pie crusts so you can make the crusts and store them in the fridge afterward. The many times that I have made these pie crusts, they have turned out amazingly. I haven't had a problem with how they had turned out or even the dough. They rolled out perfectly and were a breeze to use. You have to make sure that you flour the rolling pin, otherwise the dough will stick.
